As some may know the spruce server has been pretty unstable the past few days. We have figure out the issue to it and need to take it down for about 20 minutes. We must recompile apache. On Saturday the 18th of April we will be doing emergency maintenance on a few of our switches. This will however not affect any of our customer’s websites but instead cause downtime for our main website (hostatree.com) for approximately 2 hours with intervals of downtime in 15 minutes. We apologize for this inconvenience and if you have any questions feel free to open a ticket at our helpdesk.

On Monday, March 30th at 3AM EST, network maintenance will be performed on the switch that provides our main server with its data. During this maintenance window, we will be shutting down all services for a period of about 5 to 10 minutes. We want to start off my apologizing for this downtime. Fortunately however the server will only be down for a short period of time late in the morning. We are performing a scheduled restart of the server after performing maintenance on the server. The server will only be undergoing a restart so we do not expect more than 30 seconds of downtime.
